Freedom is totally subjective and no one will have  the same point of vew as you do.

I wanted to create a pice of art that evokes the opposite of freedom. In my painting you can see a woman drawning without putting any resistance. It's made to make you feel uncomfortable, to make you feel angry about the situation. Why is she not doing anything?

I wanted to create the feeling some people may have about injustices that happen all the time and no one does nothing.

This picture is inspired by the sculpture of the artist Juli González, "Mà esquerra aixecada"
